• Coordinate with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper
• Clean assigned guest rooms, including:
  • Cleaning the bathroom area (toilet, shower, tub, and vanity) and restocking amenities
  • Straightening and cleaning the bedroom area (changing linens, vacuuming, and dusting furniture, etc.)
  • Ensuring all appropriate hotel information is restocked and properly placed (stationary, directory, notepad, pens, Do Not Disturb sign, restaurant and club information, hotel brochures, etc.)
  • Cleaning and restocking the bar (napkins, cleaning bar glasses, etc.)
  • Inspecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and reporting items needing repairs to the housekeeping office (doors and frames, televisions, upholstery, plumbing, paint or vinyl, etc.)
  • Organizing guest belongings
  • Retrieving supplies to the maid closet
• Coordinating with security regarding emergency response team functions
• Work various 8-hour shifts while standing
• Lift up to 20 pounds periodically throughout the shift
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience

• At least 1-2 years of housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Experience with cleaning procedures, use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in housekeeping

• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely under pressure
• Courteous, patient, and cooperative attitude toward job responsibilities and other personnel
