Set up new clients in system
Prepares and sends invoices to clients
Provides copies of invoices and paperwork for the accounting department on a weekly basis
Handle concerns of clients and follow up on activities as required
Works closely with laundry staff and supervisor
Initiates communication with outside parties if laundry machines are not working properly
Ensures all orders go out in a timely manner
Reports to upper management if any issues
Other duties as assigned
Microsoft excel experience needed
Quickbooks experience is a plus
Effective verbal and written communication
Great customer service
Bi-lingual or multilingual is a plus
This position is part time. Salary DOE
At least 2 years experience in a Hotel with a guest service background. Must have the ability to deal with stress and the general public and have a working Knowledgeable of the area and local events within the area.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Position requires strong problem solving and reasoning skills. He/she must have a personal and polite attitude along with a professional appearance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are fundamental requirements of the position. Must be able to work weekends.
