This position is directly responsible for the operation of a Banquet function and assures compliance with the Preferred Hotel Standards. Individual also required greeting all guest appropriately, and preparing and serving cocktails. Must be able to serve 20-100 guests quickly and efficiently. Must have a Tam Card. Salary DOE.
Performs work requested in the set-up, serving and breakdown of banquet functions and convention functions. Performs other duties related to routine cleaning and maintenance of banquet equipment and areas. Schedule is flexible. Must be able to communicate with guests and guest requests, and work with minimal supervision. Computer knowledge is a plus. Must be available days, evenings, and weekends. May be required to lift 50 pounds on occasion. Salary DOE.

This position is responsible to provide food and beverage service to Hotel guest, prepare opening workstation for shift, and the general cleanliness of the dining area. This individual is required to acknowledge all patrons appropriately while assisting with information and/or special requests. Salary DOE.
This position is responsible for:

• Processing daily food & beverage requisitions from all restaurant outlets.
• Entry of food & beverage requisitions into tracking spreadsheet.
• Entry of food & beverage price updates from vendor invoices into tracking spreadsheet.
• Assisting with monthly food & beverage physical inventory count/reconciliation procedure.
• Reconciling banquet bar cart inventories/sales upon completion of banquet event.
• Updating MSDS safety sheets.
• Assisting the Food & Beverage Cost Accounting Manager as necessary.
The ideal candidate will need to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in the accounting field.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Accurate data entry.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Good understanding of basic unit of measurement conversions.
• Ability to be a team player with positive energy and a professional demeanor.
• Clear concise verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Food and beverage industry experience (preferred).

The Captain Cook is looking for an experienced, timely Lunch Server. Must be able to work weekends and also have an updated food handler and TAM card. This is a Union position. Salary DOE.

Versatility is a must. This position assists members and Hotel guests with exercise and facility functions. Individual is required to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the club to ensure conformance with the Preferred and Hotel Standards. This position is responsible to service guest rooms while maintaining the Hotels Preferred Standards. This individual is required to acknowledge all patrons appropriately and assist with information and/or special requests. Salary DOE
This position is responsible for taking Room Service orders by telephone and making deliveries to guests’ rooms in a professional manner while maintaining the Preferred Hotel Standards for Room Service. Hotel experience is preferred with a background in customer service. Must have a TAM and Food Handler Card. Salary DOE.
The Captain Cook is looking for experienced security officers. You must be able to identify and report incidents while being responsible for the security and safety of our properties. You will periodically tour the hotel looking for anything unusual, uphold order, and enforce regulations for the hotel in regards to the property, associates and guests. Part time and Full time hours available. Salary DOE
The Captain Cook is looking for an experienced, timely Server/ Bartender. Must be able to work evenings and weekends and also have an updated food handler and TAM card. This is a Union position. Salary DOE.
