• Greet, assist, and provide guests with accurate information about the hotel amenities, local attractions, events, dining options, and more
• Answer inquiries, offer recommendations, and provide detailed information on various activities such as trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays
• Maintain an up-to-date listing of the operating hours for all hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
• Assist future guests by responding promptly to requests for information
• Provide details on dining options within the hotel and in the surrounding area, and assist with securing dining reservations
• Secure reservations for guest excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
• Constantly update Concierge information books to ensure the provision of accurate and timely information
• Handle all guest requests with complete and accurate information, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience

• Minimum Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent

  Minimum Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or guest service environment

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving and reasoning
  • Ability to demonstrate effective stress management and interact effectively with the public
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  General Requirements

  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, catering to a diverse guest population
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to lift and carry 20lbs to 35lbs
