Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Food & Beverage Director, and Manager regarding assigned duties
- Coordinate with Immediate Supervisor regarding Preferred Hotel Standards
- Coordinate with Host/Hostess for special requests
- Coordinate with Table Attendants to Facilitate Food Service:
- Set tables for correct number of guests (napkins, flatware, plates, salt & pepper shakers, glassware etc.
- Replenishing supplies for workstations and ensuring that the stations are clean
- Cleaning and clearing the tables
- Cleaning and emptying trash cans
- Greet guest(s) within 3 minutes of arrival
- Deliver ice water, bread & butter to table immediately after guest arrive at table
- Assisting in seating, greeting and providing menus on occasion
- Physically fit and capable of bending, standing and lifting up to 50lbs
- Opening and closing side work as stated in the Preferred Standards
- Physical ability to work various 8-hour workdays standing for their entirety
- Other duties as directed
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum Experience
- Prefer 1-year busser/back-of-house experience in a restaurant
- Food Handler’s Card certification
