Class Schedule

From 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., the Athletic Club offers a variety of class options, whether you want to jump-start your energy level in the morning or stretch out to relax come evening.

A variety of workout classes are offered including:

  • Group Cycling

Absolute Abs

  • 12:10 - 1:10 pm, Fri

Aqua Aerobics

  • 9:00 - 10:00 am, Mon, Wed & Fri
  • 9:00 - 10:00 am, Sat
  • 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Mon, Wed & Fri

Circuit Training

  • 12:10 - 1:10 pm, Thurs
  • 5:30pm - 6:30 pm, Tues

Group Cycling

  • 12:10 pm - 12:55 pm, Mon, Tue (ends 5/27), Wed & Fri 
  • 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Wed (starts 5/21), Thurs & Fri 

Muscle Conditioning

Pilates
