Jeremy Claggett
Let us proudly introduce Sous Chef Jeremy Claggett of Whale’s Tail. Jeremy relocated to Alaska from Arizona in 2002 with his family. His culinary journey began as a young boy in his grandmother’s restaurants, a passion he now shares with his own two children.
In addition to his culinary expertise, Jeremy enjoys traveling and gardening at his home. For the past four years, Chef Jeremy has been an indispensable part of the Hotel Captain Cook team, significantly contributing to our esteemed legacy.
