This role involves broiling, grilling, sautéing, and preparing sauces, roasts, and seasoned foods of all types. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

The Night Audit Clerk at our hotel is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient registration and checkout process for guests during the overnight hours. This role involves cashiering, balancing banks, compiling report data for audit purposes, and maintaining the high standards of service expected at our hotel. The Night Audit Clerk must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during the night shift.

The Steward at our large hotel property, which features five on-site restaurants, in-room dining service, and banquet facilities, is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties within a high-volume kitchen setting, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils meet health and safety standards. The Steward must have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively on graveyard shifts.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's preferred standards. The individual in this role will maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization, acknowledge all patrons appropriately, and assist with information and/or special requests. Duties include cleaning, restocking amenities, inspecting room conditions, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment for all guests. Looking for someone who can work full time.

The Storeroom Clerk will be responsible for efficiently managing the ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of products. Additional duties will be assigned as necessary. The position requires availability on weekends and the last day of each month, with work hours determined by hotel needs, ensuring a minimum of 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
