This position is responsible for ensuring that Preferred Hotel Standards are met concerning the cleanliness of the hotel and its grounds. The Janitorial Staff member will carry out additional tasks as detailed by the Janitorial Supervisor. The role includes acknowledging all patrons appropriately and assisting with information and/or special requests as needed.

This position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests, preparing the workstation for the shift, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. The individual must greet all patrons appropriately and assist with information and special requests. Additionally, this role includes duties typical of a restaurant server, such as clearing tables, resetting tables, and supporting their fellow waitstaff as needed to ensure efficient service to every guest.The shift is 3:30 pm-11:00 pm and the restaurant is open 7 days a week.

The BEC provides tables, chairs, staging, podiums, easels, and all details of complete room sets as specified in the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); ensuring all standards are adhered to in accordance with Banquet Standards Operating Procedures. Assist groups with their in-house Audio and Visual needs.

Versatility is essential for this role. The position involves assisting members and hotel guests with exercise and facility functions, while also maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the club in accordance with Preferred and Hotel Standards. Can be either Full Time or Part Time employment. This position is looking for someone who is available to work evenings and weekends.

The Security Officer is responsible for providing protection for the hotel, guests, and staff from incidents such as assault, theft, vandalism, harassment, and other disruptive occurrences. This role requires an individual with integrity, honesty, and a cooperative attitude toward both the job and fellow personnel. The Security Officer is a key part of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at the hotel, ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are enforced while providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This position is part time.

The Line Cook at the Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for ensuring the prompt and smooth flow of meal service in accordance with our Preferred Hotel Standards. This role involves broiling, grilling, sautéing, and preparing sauces, roasts, and seasoned foods of all types. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

The Steward at our large hotel property, which features five on-site restaurants, in-room dining service, and banquet facilities, is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties within a high-volume kitchen setting, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils meet health and safety standards. The Steward must have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively on graveyard shifts.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's preferred standards. The individual in this role will maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization, acknowledge all patrons appropriately, and assist with information and/or special requests. Duties include cleaning, restocking amenities, inspecting room conditions, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment for all guests. Looking for someone who can work full time.

The Storeroom Clerk will be responsible for efficiently managing the ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of products. Additional duties will be assigned as necessary. The position requires availability on weekends and the last day of each month, with work hours determined by hotel needs, ensuring a minimum of 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability in inventory management is essential.Hours for this position is 7:00 am-3:00 pm.

The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and regulations. In addition to bar service, they take orders for and serve food to guests in or around the bar area. The Combination Bartender ensures accurate billing by properly taking orders, charging customers, collecting payments, tracking and retaining guest receipts, and maintaining an accurate cash bank. They are responsible for accurately closing out at the end of their shift, depositing the cash bank, and picking up their bank each day. Additional duties include preparing garnishes, maintaining the stock of all bar items, washing and sanitizing glassware to local health code standards, greeting guests, assisting with seating, maintaining the general cleanliness of the restaurant, and stocking items necessary for service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
