The Door Person is responsible for providing a warm and professional initial greeting to guests entering the Hotel from 4th Avenue. This position ensures a welcoming atmosphere, maintains driveway cleanliness and organization, and assists guests with transportation and directions. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, local knowledge, and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

The Steward at our large hotel property, which features five on-site restaurants, in-room dining service, and banquet facilities, is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties within a high-volume kitchen setting, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils meet health and safety standards. The Steward must have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively on graveyard shifts.

The Front Desk Clerk at Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth registration and checkout process, and providing information on special requests, events, and attractions within the hotel. This role requires maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality, acknowledging all patrons courteously. Strong typing and computer skills are essential. This is a full-time union position with hours from 3-11pm.

The Storeroom Clerk will be responsible for efficiently managing the ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of products. Additional duties will be assigned as necessary. The position requires availability on weekends and the last day of each month, with work hours determined by hotel needs, ensuring a minimum of 24 hours per week. The Crow's Nest Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily restaurant operations. This position is responsible for maintaining the hotel's operational efficiency. Your role will include a broad range of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC, refrigeration, and general repairs. This position requires the ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and over 50 pounds occasionally.
