Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with Food & Beverage Director, and Manager regarding assigned duties
  • Coordinate with Immediate Supervisor regarding Preferred Hotel Standards
  • Coordinate with Host/Hostess for special requests
  • Coordinate with Table Attendants to Facilitate Food Service:
  • Set tables for correct number of guests (napkins, flatware, plates, salt & pepper shakers, glassware etc.)
  • Replenishing supplies for workstations and ensuring that the stations are clean
  • Cleaning and clearing the tables
  • Cleaning and emptying trash cans
  • Complete all opening and closing side work
  • Cut bread and store in warmer, butter bowls, condiments (neat/clean & full containers, etc.)
  • Greet guest(s) within 3 minutes of arrival
  • Deliver ice water, bread & butter to table immediately after guest arrive at table
  • Assisting in seating, greeting and providing menus on occasion
  • Physically fit and capable of bending, standing and lifting 50lbs
  • Opening and closing side work as stated in the Preferred Standards
  • Physical ability to work various 8-hour workdays standing for their entirety
  • Other duties as directed
Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience

  • Prefer 1-year busser/back-of-house experience in a restaurant
  • Food Handler’s Card certification
