Doorman
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned post at all times, ensuring professional and courteous interactions with guests.
- Greet all guests in alignment with Preferred standards, creating a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with Bell staff to address guest needs and special requests promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the circular driveway while managing traffic flow.
- Arrange transportation services, including taxi cabs, shuttles, and valet parking.
- Provide guests with event information, directions, and assistance as needed.
- Hold and maintains a valid Alaska driver’s license to operate vehicles as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Bell Captain, Concierge, or Front Desk Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in guest services.
- Familiarity with the Anchorage area and local events within the state.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with the public in a fast-paced environment.
Skills/Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage).
- Polite attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to operate moving vehicles safely and responsibly.
