Crow’s Nest

Perched atop Tower III, our AAA four-diamond fine dining restaurant offers French and New American cuisine, a cellar filled with an extensive wine selection and stunning views of the city, Chugach Mountains and Cook Inlet. Elevators open at 5pm Tuesday through Saturday. Hours are as follows - Tuesday through Thursday 5pm-10pm & Friday through Saturday 5pm-10:30pm. Our last seating for dining room reservations are set for 8:30pm.

Fletcher's

Named for Fletcher Christian, the man behind the historic mutiny on the Bounty, this pub on the main floor below Tower III emphasizes seafood, pasta, and Italian-inspired cuisine in an English-pub-style atmosphere. Open daily from 11:30am-12:00am for lunch & dinner.

Fletcher's will close early at 11:00 PM on Thursday, February 13th, for scheduled maintenance improvements.

The Pantry

Centrally located in our Main Lobby near Tower II, start your day with a classic breakfast at The Pantry. From health conscious options to hearty, sweet, or savory, order up your favorite morning meal. Open Monday through Friday from 6am-11am and Saturday through Sunday 6am-12pm.

The Cubby

Discover made-to-order specialty coffees, beer, wine, or convenient food items for those on the go. Centrally located on the main level of Tower II, the Cubby is a great place to work or relax. Open daily from 6am-7pm.

Whale's Tail

Welcome to The Whale's Tail! Located in the corner lobby of Tower I, The Whale's Tail is a vibrant restaurant, bar, and lounge offering a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our menu features a wide variety of dishes, from small plates to full entrées and desserts, including customer favorites like burgers, sandwiches, salmon, halibut, and our signature curry chicken nachos. The kitchen serves until 11 PM, with late-night snacks available until midnight.

We’re open Sunday through Thursday from 5 PM to 11 PM and Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 2 AM.

Weekend Entertainment: Enjoy live music every Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM, followed by a Live DJ from 9 PM to 2 AM. The Live DJ returns every Saturday from 9 PM to 2 AM.

Join us for great food, drinks, and an unforgettable night of music and atmosphere.

In-Room Dining

We are happy to offer in-room dining for your convenience from two of our in-house restaurants. You can order breakfast from The Pantry or dinner from The Whale’s Tail.
