Perched atop Tower III, our AAA Four-Diamond fine dining restaurant offers French and New American cuisine, an extensive wine cellar, and stunning views of the city, the Chugach Mountains, and Cook Inlet. Elevators open at 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Tuesday–Thursday: 5 PM–10 PM
Friday–Saturday: 5 PM–10:30 PM
The last seating for dining room reservations is at 8:30 PM.
Fletcher's
Named for Fletcher Christian, the man behind the historic mutiny on the Bounty, this pub on the main floor below Tower III features seafood, pizzas, pastas, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a warm English pub-style atmosphere.

The Pantry
Centrally located in our Main Lobby near Tower II, start your day with a classic breakfast at The Pantry. From health-conscious options to hearty, sweet, or savory favorites, there’s something for every morning appetite.
