The BEC provides tables, chairs, staging, podiums, easels, and all details of complete room sets as specified in the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); ensuring all standards are adhered to in accordance with Banquet Standards Operating Procedures. Assist groups with their in-house Audio and Visual needs.

This position requires delivering high-quality treatments tailored to individual client needs while maintaining a relaxing and professional atmosphere. The Massage Therapist ensures a positive guest experience by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and adherence to all health and safety regulations.

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, primarily for the Hotel Captain Cook. Responsibilities include managing billing and collections, assisting hotel guests with billing inquiries, and performing reconciliations for hotel and restaurant sales. Additional duties involve cross-training within the Accounting Department, managing inventory for department supplies, and handling phone and mail communications as needed.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of East Side Storage, the Laundry Plant, Mountain View Shopping Center, and Eagle River properties. This role involves responding to maintenance requests and other projects as assigned, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and effectively while maintaining the value and appearance of the properties.

The Line Cook at the Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for ensuring the prompt and smooth flow of meal service in accordance with our Preferred Hotel Standards. This role involves broiling, grilling, sautéing, and preparing sauces, roasts, and seasoned foods of all types. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

The Night Audit Clerk at our hotel is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient registration and checkout process for guests during the overnight hours. This role involves cashiering, balancing banks, compiling report data for audit purposes, and maintaining the high standards of service expected at our hotel. The Night Audit Clerk must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during the night shift.

The Steward at our large hotel property, which features five on-site restaurants, in-room dining service, and banquet facilities, is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties within a high-volume kitchen setting, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils meet health and safety standards. The Steward must have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively on graveyard shifts.
