Responsibilities include following all liquor laws and regulations when serving alcoholic beverages, greeting guests warmly, and professionally representing the hotel. The Barista ensures accurate billing by properly charging customers, collecting payments, and providing correct receipts. Additional duties include heating and serving ready-to-eat food, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and orderly coffee bar, work area, and lobby to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

The BEC provides tables, chairs, staging, podiums, easels, and all details of complete room sets as specified in the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); ensuring all standards are adhered to in accordance with Banquet Standards Operating Procedures. Assist groups with their in-house Audio and Visual needs.

Versatility is essential for this role. The position involves assisting members and hotel guests with exercise and facility functions, while also maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the club in accordance with Preferred and Hotel Standards. Can be either Full Time or Part Time employment.

This position is responsible for providing fine dining food and beverage service to guests, preparing the workstation for the shift, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. The individual must greet all patrons professionally and accommodate special requests with high attention to detail. This role requires knowledge and execution of fine dining service standards, including tableside etiquette, menu presentation, and attentive, personalized guest interaction. The candidate must be adept at serving different types of groups, including wedding parties, business meetings, and social gatherings, with the ability to tailor service to the specific needs of each group. Additional duties include clearing and resetting tables and supporting the waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience for each guest. The shift would be Tuesday-Saturday.

This position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests, preparing the workstation for the shift, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. The individual must greet all patrons appropriately and assist with information and special requests. Additionally, this role includes duties typical of a restaurant busser, such as clearing tables, resetting tables, and supporting their fellow waitstaff as needed to ensure efficient service to every guest. The shift is 4:00 pm-11:30 pm week days. On the weekend Saturday and Sunday 4:00 pm - 2:00 am.

The Security Officer is a key part of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at the hotel, ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are enforced while providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This position is part time.

The Line Cook at the Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for ensuring the prompt and smooth flow of meal service in accordance with our Preferred Hotel Standards. This role involves broiling, grilling, sautéing, and preparing sauces, roasts, and seasoned foods of all types. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

The Steward at our large hotel property, which features five on-site restaurants, in-room dining service, and banquet facilities, is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties within a high-volume kitchen setting, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils meet health and safety standards. The Steward must have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively on graveyard shifts.

The Front Desk Clerk at Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth registration and checkout process, and providing information on special requests, events, and attractions within the hotel. This role requires maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality, acknowledging all patrons courteously. Strong typing and computer skills are essential. The working hours for this position is 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm .

The Crow's Nest Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily restaurant operations. Key duties include supervising and scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with Hotel Standards for cleanliness and hygiene, managing front-of-house activities, and handling public relations and guest interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding guest service abilities, possess strong accounting skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of cost management, especially in relation to labor and alcohol expenditures.

This position is responsible for maintaining the hotel's operational efficiency. Your role will include a broad range of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC, refrigeration, and general repairs. This position requires the ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and over 50 pounds occasionally. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure our hotel remains a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

This position is responsible for ensuring our guests' satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional service. You will be the go-to person for guests seeking assistance and information, playing a key role in making their stay memorable and seamless. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure our hotel remains a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and regulations. In addition to bar service, they take orders for and serve food to guests in or around the bar area. The Combination Bartender ensures accurate billing by properly taking orders, charging customers, collecting payments, tracking and retaining guest receipts, and maintaining an accurate cash bank. They are responsible for accurately closing out at the end of their shift, depositing the cash bank, and picking up their bank each day. Additional duties include preparing garnishes, maintaining the stock of all bar items, washing and sanitizing glassware to local health code standards, greeting guests, assisting with seating, maintaining the general cleanliness of the restaurant, and stocking items necessary for service to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The shift is 4:00 pm-11:30 pm week days. On the weekend Saturday and Sunday 4:00 pm - 2:00 am.
