The Door Person is responsible for providing a warm and professional initial greeting to guests entering the Hotel from 4th Avenue. This position ensures a welcoming atmosphere, maintains driveway cleanliness and organization, and assists guests with transportation and directions. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, local knowledge, and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, primarily for the Hotel Captain Cook. Responsibilities include managing billing and collections, assisting hotel guests with billing inquiries, and performing reconciliations for hotel and restaurant sales. Additional duties involve cross-training within the Accounting Department, managing inventory for department supplies, and handling phone and mail communications as needed.

This role involves broiling, grilling, sautéing, and preparing sauces, roasts, and seasoned foods of all types. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

The Steward at our large hotel property, which features five on-site restaurants, in-room dining service, and banquet facilities, is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties within a high-volume kitchen setting, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils meet health and safety standards. The Steward must have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively on graveyard shifts.

The Front Desk Clerk at Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth registration and checkout process, and providing information on special requests, events, and attractions within the hotel. This is a full-time union position with hours from 3-11pm.

The Crow's Nest Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily restaurant operations. Your role will include a broad range of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC, refrigeration, and general repairs. This position requires the ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and over 50 pounds occasionally.
